Reporting To: HOD Talent Acquisition

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for handling corporate hiring from HO
  2. Screening, shortlisting, lining up, followup, feedback collection etc
  3. Daily recruitment tracking of all active hiring Pan India – internal/external requirements
  4. Assisting HOD-Recruitments in day to day task
  5. Assist in client hiring requirements as per assignment
  6. QC candidate database from time to time & share reports with stakeholders
  7. Prepare recruitment trackers, HR dashboards, daily reports etc. as per HOD’s instructions
  8. Assist in arranging trainings, L&D programs within teams
  9. Coordination with recruiters pan India for reporting purpose/followup on pendency etc.
  10. Ensuring system compliance of all recruiters and conduct audit bi-monthly basis & share reports/analysis with stakeholders
  11. Assist HOD in admin related task; PO/PRM registration/FL management/incentives tracking/payout tracking; coordination with commercial team etc
