An Economics graduate from the Loyola Collage, Chennai, Madhukar studied Management at XLRI Jamshedpur, which has also conferred on him a Distinguished Alumnus award. He has more than four decades of experience in Advertising and Marketing Services and has spent over 25 years in erstwhile Mudra now the DDB Mudra Group, in two separate stints. Under his leadership, Mudra transformed itself from an Advertising Agency into one of India’s leading Integrated Marketing Communications Groups. Madhukar also played a key role in the Omnicom acquisition of the Mudra Group and the integration with the Global DDB Network. Subsequently, he facilitated the entry of Interbrand, the leading Global Brand Consultancy into India, and functioned as its Chairman. In between his two stints at DDB Mudra Group, Madhukar led Bates India as its CEO and was instrumental in the acquisition of Clarion. He also introduced Zenith Media into India. Following his retirement, he has been appointed the Chairman Emeritus of the DDB Mudra Group & Mentor to Interbrand India. He has also turned an entrepreneur and is now the Chairman of Multiplier Brand Solutions, an Insights & Solutions company, connecting Brands with Shoppers. Madhukar has served as the President of the AAAI (Advertising Agencies Association of India) and the Chairman of ASCI (The Advertising Standards Council of India). He was also the Chairman of AdAsia 2011, India’s largest Marketing Congress, which was held in New Delhi. As the Chairman of the Mudra Foundation and the Chairperson of the Governing Council of MICA, for well over a decade, Madhukar helped build MICA into India’s foremost Strategic Marketing and Communications Management Institute. Madhukar also served as the President of MICA, for the academic year 2016-17. He serves on the Board of ABC (The Audit Bureau of Circulations)as its Vice-Chairman. He is also on the Boards of Plan India and Music Broadcast Ltd. (Radio City) . Excursions in different parts of India, he and his wife, Shalini, have enjoyed numerous driving holidays across the globe; in Australia, New Zealand, US, Europe and Africa. His love for the wildlife has taken him repeatedly to Africa. He is passionate about sports, be it cricket, football or badminton to name a few alongside being a keen lover of history, films, theater and more importantly, food! Over the last decade, he has completed several half marathons. Not by running, but by walking the entire distance in under 3 hours.

Rupinder currently heads one of the service units in Multiplier and working since last 11 years. This unit provides retail & trade marketing solutions to clients like Amazon, Panasonic, Spice, Transsion, Voltas and Sony. He holds a PGDBM degree with 17+ years of experience in Sales, Operations, NBD & Client servicing. Ever since he started his career at an early stage of his life on grass root level, he is fortunate enough to deliver results in various sectors like Liquor, Telecom, FMCG, Banking, Insurance and Health. Personally, he is living a successful life with his wife and a son. In his spare time he love reading books, and helping his wife on a WHO driven health project as a social responsibility towards society.
Saranga is responsible for driving the agenda of Tech and Data at Multiplier that caters to 10,000+ strong front line sales team working for various blue chip clients. Understanding business challenges and providing Tech enabled solutions has been his forte. Saranga has worked in the capacity of Management Representative during QMS implementation and ensured ISO Certification for the SBU. Before joining Multiplier almost a decade ago, has worked in Sales and Marketing in IT Sector. Saranga holds Management Degree in Marketing and Systems from IMS, Delhi. Saranga hails from the North Eastern state of Assam and currently lives in Noida with his wife. He enjoys playing cricket & quizzing. Off late, pursuing his dream of becoming a long distance runner and has successfully completed few Half- Marathons.

She joined the organization in the year 2006 and has contributed immensely to the tremendous growth of the company.
