Project Brief

Our client is India’s largest food delivery, dinning & restaurant discovery service provider. They wanted to run payroll for delivery staffing at the PAN India level to increase market coverage for food delivery. Their idea was to explore flexi salary model while continuing with fixed model. 

Our Solutions

  • Hiring contractual delivery boys to cater to multiple markets for increasing the coverage. The pilot started from Delhi NCR and then extended to 5-6 cities
  • Managing Compliances to ensure the deliverables
  • Developed overall backend system and driving productivity
  • Regular Reviews/corrections for project effectiveness

Results

  • Started with 0 and allocated 200 delivery boys within a time frame of 6-7 months.
  • Reached 5-6 cities in North India and approximately 4000 deliveries done monthly.
  • In 2018, a new cost-effective proposal was shared for brand expansion & presence through a hybrid model (fixed + flexible)
  • Managed to increase productivity from 15 to 22 deliveries per day per delivery boy.
