Nippon Paints EBO - From Design to Store Handover, A Complete Retail Transformation

Retail Visibility

Challenge

Creating the Nippon Paints Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) in Pali was more than fabricating and installing branding elements. The brief was to transform an existing retail space into a complete, customer-ready store that matched the approved 3D vision and delivered a strong brand presence, while managing a set of real-world challenges along the way.

Solution

Multiplier Brand Solutions took complete end-to-end ownership of EBO transformation. The project was managed as one continuous journey rather than a set of disconnected tasks:
The objective was to ensure the final store looked exactly as it was envisioned, which meant taking ownership when requirements changed, rectifying damaged units, actively managing logistics delays, and resolving last-minute technical challenges.
The store’s conceptual wall was designed to walk customers through the Nippon Paints promise in five simple steps, from home assessment to a finished, waterproof surface. Its lighting was PCB-controlled, one segment ran on an 8-second timed on/off cycle, while another used a sequential chase effect, lighting each product highlight individually before moving to the next. When this PCB failed just before completion, the team treated it as a priority and develop Arduino advance circuit to resolve the issue in time for handover, so this key experiential element made it into the finished store exactly as planned.

Results

Despite multiple challenges during fabrication, logistics and final installation, the Nippon Paints EBO was successfully completed.

We didn’t just fabricate the elements; we managed the transformation. We didn’t just follow the design; we made it work on the ground. And we didn’t stop at installation; we delivered the complete brand experience.

Impact

The Pali EBO demonstrates Multiplier Brand Solutions’ ability to take a retail transformation from an idea on paper to a fully executed, customer-facing brand environment. The value delivered was not limited to individual branding elements; it brought together design, fabrication, logistics, project management and execution to create one cohesive Nippon Paints retail experience.
The project was never considered complete simply because fabrication and installation were finished. At every stage the benchmark was the same: does the store look and feel complete? When units were damaged, they were rectified. When requirements changed, critical elements were accommodated. When materials were delayed, installation priorities were reworked. When the conceptual wall’s PCB failed, it was resolved before handover. The focus stayed, throughout, on the customer standing in that store on opening day.
